High Key Brew Co

Hello everyone, I am the founder of High Key Brewing Co. My business partner and Head Brewer, Daniel and I are passionate about craft beer and love to try new flavours and craft styles. At High Key Brewing Co we aim to brew fun and creative beers that are unique and big on flavour!

Downtown is great to restaurant hop and to experience the events, festivals, and attractions that Downtown Saskatoon has to offer locals and tourists. We are very excited to be a part of Saskatoon’s lively Downtown and dreamed of relocating here for several years. I love historical buildings and felt that the Firestone building would be a perfect location for a brewhouse and taproom. When this location became available, we jumped at the opportunity to relocate to this and join the vibrant Downtown community.

We look forward to getting to know our Downtown neighbours and are happy to be in a location that is more accessible and convenient for customers. The Firestone building became available at the perfect time as we were looking to expand our brewing capacity and taproom experience.

We are very excited to now be able to develop new brews that explore craft beer styles and flavours alongside the capacity to keep up with demand for our mainstays, offer a small and curated food menu that incorporates our beer into many of the items, and of course add to the already vibrant Downtown summer patio scene.

I hope High Key Brewing co becomes a hub for great drinks, and great beer-inspired food! We want to share our passion for our craft and support the growth of craft beer culture and breweries in and around Downtown.  We would love to see a vibrant brewery hopping scene develop in an around Downtown, similar to what’s developed in other larger cities where people can easily walk between different venues and breweries to experience the amazing beer that the city is brewing.

When not working, I love to peruse the different shops and check out the many festivals and events that Downtown has to offer. Of course, always stopping for a beer break and a snack at any of the many great restaurants!  J

No matter where I’ve lived or traveled in the world, Saskatoon is always home. Even for a small, prairie city – I feel like we have an amazing local food and drink scene and host a lot of festivals and events.
