Three architectural firms from the DTNYXE district, Koopman Architecture; KSA Group Architecture; and Stantec, have unveiled six inspirational design renderings for six Downtown properties. And we are inspired, indeed.

Although these are merely ideas (some more pie-in-the-sky than other), it gives us an imaginative glimpse of what may be feasible options for some of our DTNYXE buildings in future years.

One of the other objectives was to increase awareness of the Façade grants available each year by the City of Saskatoon. The program is available to property owners and businesses located in our district to enhance the overall street character.
