We want to take this moment to thank the CSP team for everything they have done since they first began as a pilot project in 2012 with our BID.

Starting July 1, the management of the Community Support Program will be transferred over to the Saskatoon Fire Department as the Fire Community Support (FCS) team. The FCS team will increase to 12 full-time staff working in two separate battalions of 6 members each to provide coverage 7 days a week (excluding stat holidays). The FCS workers will wear uniforms and patrol on a rotation, taking the bus from location to location and offering support to people as needed.

The CSP was and is a wonderful team to work with in helping create and maintain a safe and enjoyable Downtown community for all.
