Kindred Plates
Hearth restaurant is delighted to present an innovative new dinner series that celebrates the kinship, inspiration and connections shared by Saskatchewan chefs. Kindred Plates is born out of a love of food and the beauty that is created when chefs cook together. This one-of-a-kind dinner experience will be offered two nights, giving guests the unique opportunity to sample creations by some of the best chefs working in our province and highlighting the incredible ingredients all around us.
Kindred Plates is hosted by Beth Rogers & Thayne Robstad of Hearth restaurant, and Christie Peters & Kyle Michael from Primal and Pop. The series will also feature Michelin starred Chef Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson of Published on Main in Vancouver, Chef Mandel Hitzer of Deer & Almond in Winnipeg, and Chef Taszia Thakur of Calories and Pique in Saskatoon.
The dinner will be held in the beautiful Remai Modern overlooking the South Saskatchewan River. The series will be held over 2 nights to give guests the opportunity to join October 24, 2024 or October 25, 2024.
The event will include welcome bubbles and canapés prepared by each chef as guests arrive followed by a 4 course dinner with beverage pairings. There will be an after party to follow each Dinner hosted at Pop Wine Bar.
