The City of Saskatoon launched its pilot project with e-scooters available, including within the Downtown district. Bird + Neuron scooters are available for use using their official Apps via Google Play + the Apple Store.

While driving an e-scooter, one must follow the Provincial regulations. E-Scooters cannot be operated at speeds greater than 24 km/hr, the minimum rider age of 16 years or older, and riders are required to wear helmets. E-Scooters are not permitted to ride on any sidewalks. 

Scooters are additionally all self-reporting, this means both Bird and Neuron representatives will be notified when e-scooters are left outside of their designated parking stations, low battery life, etc. Should you notice any safety issues or concerns, you can contact Bird and Neuron directly.
